Exactli was created to solve a problem every intern architect knows too well: Candidates internship journey is long and lonely and the ExAC prep is overwhelming, fragmented, and often more confusing than helpful.
We built Exactli to change that—to bring clarity, structure, and confidence to your journey. Exactli is powered by a collective of seasoned practitioners, award-winning educators, and dedicated mentors who understand the rigor of the Canadian architectural landscape. Our team is composed of architects and educators from Canada’s leading academic institutions, including McGill University, University de Montréal, Vanier College, and others, bringing decades of expertise directly to your screen. Together, we have designed a study program that translates complex regulations into actionable knowledge, ensuring that every Exactli member is mentored by the very best in the field.
RONY SAIKALI
Architect MOAQ, and founder of Exactli.
Rony brings over a decade of experience in architecture, project management, and business administration.
Frustrated by the lack of effective prep resources and useful material available to intern architects throughout their journey, he created Exactli to deliver what he wished he had during his own journey: clear structure, real support, and high-quality content.
MARC-ANDRÉ PLOURDE
Architect MOAQ and educator, with 25+ years in the field.
Professor of architectural technology at Cégep du Vieux Montréal since 2005; lecturer at McGill School of Architecture since 2013 .
Specialty: Building codes, regulations, technical design, and professional practice management. Served on OAQ ad-hoc committee for the 2015 National Building Code revision.
ANDREA PUKTERIS
Architectural designer and educator B.Sc (Arch), M.Arch, LEED-AP; ICF-certified coach; with over 20+ in the field and a background in museum studies + historic preservation
Professor & department chair; author of 4 books.

PAOLO SPATARO
Architect MOAQ and educator with 25+ years in practice and education.
At EXACTLI, Paolo is our editorial and vision lens — he reviews the material for accuracy and clarity, and keeps every module aligned with the professional realities candidates will actually face. He blends expertise in architecture and interior design with years mentoring intern architects across Quebec and lecturing at the Université de Montréal.
